39bdt Terms & Conditions — Members' Rights and Responsibilities

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the 39bdt platform and its members. By using the 39bdt.ws website and its associated mobile application, you agree to abide by these terms.

In this document, "we", "39bdt", or "platform" refers to the entity operating 39bdt. "You" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

These terms are written in Bengali because 39bdt believes every member has the right to full information in their own language. If any part is unclear, please contact our Help Center.

To become a member of 39bdt, you must meet the following requirements:

You are primarily responsible for the security of your 39bdt account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login password or OTP codes with anyone.
• If you log in from a cyber café or shared device, always log out when your session is over.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 39bdt support immediately.
• All transactions and bets placed from your account are considered your own — allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Updating account details such as your email or phone number requires identity verification.

For security purposes, 39bdt may request additional account verification at any time. This is done entirely for your protection.

All financial transactions on 39bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The account used to request a withdrawal must be the same account used for deposits.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• 39bdt reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

Before placing bets on 39bdt, please familiarize yourself with the key rules below:

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 39bdt reserves the right to void that bet. The original stake will be refunded in full.

39bdt's bonus offers are designed to provide genuine value to our members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the bonus description.
• Bonuses cannot be stacked — you must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Each bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device attempt to claim bonuses, all associated bonuses may be voided.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate betting activity. If bonus abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

39bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, no changes will be made to a bonus that is already in progress.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 39bdt:

39bdt reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a clear violation of the terms and conditions is identified.
• If false information provided during registration is proven.
• If age verification fails.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).

If an account is suspended, the member will be notified by email regarding the process for recovering any legitimate balance. If the closure is due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

39bdt is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Disruption of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• If a member's password is compromised due to their own negligence.
• For losses resulting from misinterpretation of outcomes or bets placed on assumptions.

In the event of a dispute, please first submit a written complaint to our Help Center. 39bdt aims to respond to all complaints within 72 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be escalated accordingly.

39bdt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. However, we commit to the following:

• Members will be notified at their registered email address at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of each update will be clearly displayed at the top of the page.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
